WHAT:
The Design Research + Strategy team at eBay is small but mighty. We wanted our significant impact to be more visible company wide.
How:
Over the course of a couple months, we conducted our own research project which consisted of team and collaborator interviews and an extensive design audit. We synthesized the data to 4 main truths for the development of concepts.
