What:

Working as the facilitator of design sprints, I had the unique position to learn deeply about eBay from an end to end perspective. I needed to think like a historian, UX designer, UX researcher, product owner, stakeholder and a user. 

How:

Begin with Stakeholder interviews. To drive the right conversations, we immersed ourselves in the team dynamics, problem areas, team goals, and business strategy goals. 

Understand - Define - Diverge - Decide - Prototype - Validate
